Mid-South Timber Company, LLC is a full-service timber company located near Spartanburg, SC and is owned and operated by Jeff Johnson. Jeff is a Registered Forester in both North and South Carolina, and is a Certified Forester through Society of American Foresters. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University in 1995, and has been actively involved in all aspects of timber procurement and management since. After working for other companies, Jeff launched Mid-South Timber in February 2007. He has been working with many of the same contract logging crews since 1998.
When he isn’t checking out the trees, Jeff enjoys marathon and ultra running, hunting, gardening, and spending time with his family.
